The Team

The survey and valuation department is headed by Colin Wetherall BSC FRICS, who is an experienced Chartered Surveyor, qualified by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Colin is a Director of House and Son and has practiced in Dorset for over fifteen years, gaining an extensive knowledge and expertise in all types of property and becoming well known as a specialist in Leasehold Reform Legislation and The Party Wall Act 1996.

Sharon Kinch, an experienced Property Secretary and the company’s longest serving member of staff, supports the Survey Department. Sharon is always happy to help with your general enquiries and can arrange for you to have a telephone appointment or meeting with Colin.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our work, we are not always available in the office and, to avoid disappointment, we would ask that you make an appointment through Sharon if you would like to come and see us.
